You do not have to be next to the person in need of help or support, no phone is even required all the people have to do is connect to each others computer using this third psrty software and the technition can just do all the work for the person in need. It is also usefull in viewing documents, movies, or any other large file that requires downloading, one may just connect using this software and view the document/ file in need using crossloop and avoid hours of uploading. Oerall this is a very usefull software to posses.
